Notice; copied below is an email that I just received today Nov. 13, 2008 from the IT guys who have seemed to take over from Jeff Guthrie. Personally, I will NOT be sending them any more money. Now they want $149 a month, every month. Give me a break. I did not see anyone step up and sign the email or identify who they are. Its more than probable that Jeff Guthrie is behind it all, again.

Dear RE Advocate Clients:
Thank you for taking the time to review our e-mail. As you may know One Source IT Group has recently been contracted to provide IT
services for The RE Advocate. The company (RE Advocate) has come on some hard times and will be unable to provide the level of service that you need
and deserve. THE RE Advocate has asked us to contact you individually to provide you with the opportunity to have your nitch, landing page and
website linked to provide SEO (search engine optimization) services. As a client of One Source IT Group you will have leads driven to your landing
page and website directly. In doing this, it will eliminate the ability for RE Advocate to track leads to your individual site but would give you
the visibility you need to drive referral traffic directly to you. One Source will then be able to keep the site along with the landing pages active.
We will also be able to help with pay per click (PPC) until the SEO traffic has had the chance to be generated to your sites organically.
We will also be building your landing pages and connecting link sites to it since you will not be paying referral fees as we are an IT service only.
We understand that you have invested money in the program that RE Advocate provided and we plan to honor that and only charge a fee to host and push
out your organic SEO marketing. We will also provide monthly reports that will be available for yourself or a third party auditor of the work being
performed. We fully understand your hesitation in giving us the opportunity to help protect your investment so we are willing to offer services on
a month to month basis. We will also do the SEO campaign and provide the necessary information before pushing the marketing campaign out to the
internet. Once One Source receives written authorization to start working we will begin to push leads directly to you. After the first 30 days if
you are not satisfied with the services being provided, we will discontinue all services with no further charges. I would encourage you to let our
work speak for itself and you. One Source is currently in complete control of the websites (thereadvocate.com and the reexpert.org) and artwork and
has even completed the new websites but has yet to be paid by RE Advocate for the work. The site is currently inactive and because of the cost to
keep it up we would need participation from you to keep the site active. I realize RE Advocate stated they needed you to send in 500.00 to keep the
site up but we have not received any payment as of yet for the web hosting. They have also not been able to staff the proper team in house to keep
this site up for your pages to be found. At One Source IT Group, we were hired to rewrite the websites and create a marketing campaign, which we
have done, but we need to be compensated for the work. This is your chance to retain a great lead source at the minimal cost of $149.00 per month.
You need only give us your reply as authorization to begin along with your check or credit card information for your first month fee by November 17.
