As most of you are aware, our company has gone through
some very difficult and trying times over the past few
weeks. I won't spend too much time dwelling on this but
the fact is we are being sabotaged and ruthlessly
attacked and accused. We believe it to be the same
person who took our server (which held all company
information). We have reasonable evidence that this same
person is now trying to start a competing business with
some of our ex-staffers. His "smear campaign" goal seems
to be to cause fear and distrust among our 1,200 clients
in order to keep us from moving forward and achieving
our dream of the only consumer advocate in the country
for The American Dream.
We do have the police and investigators involved and we
firmly believe justice will prevail and this man will be
held accountable for his wrongful actions. That said,
our company has taken an unbelievable beating and there
is absolutely no way we can continue in business unless
YOU COME TO OUR AID! (Below is a plan that requires you
to make a one-time payment of $500 and, in return, we
will give you "unlimited" BANK-APPROVED CLIENTS - and
you will NEVER PAY A SINGLE REFERRAL FEE! NEVER!)
It would be a tremendous waste and horrible shame to see
such a grand business concept go completely under when
that just DOES NOT NEED TO HAPPEN! And I personally
believe that in these very difficult economic times we
live in this "consumer advocate" concept is MORE VIABLE

of a family's life - buying and selling real estate!

THE BAIL-OUT PLAN
Right now we are working with two companies to achieve
the "consumer advocate" dream and to get you as much
business as possible. We are working with One Source IT
(James Henderson is the owner) who spends much of his
time in our office and is completely dedicated to
constantly improving the look and functionality of the
website. He is also extremely focused on the search
engine optimization of our home page and the tens of
thousands of niche landing pages we have. The other
company we are working with is a lending institution
headed up locally by Guthrie Silkwood (he, along with a
lending staff of 8 people are working out of our
offices).
As we stated in our sales calls (and our validation
calls and my orientation call) this is a "big-picture"
program. NOBODY can promise if and when the search
engines will pick up on the sites BUT because of our
incredible niche pages we believe (and have been told by
many, many professionals) that we have the BEST
opportunity for you to GET FOUND! We will continue
moving forward with the website.
BANK-APPROVED LEADS: We have walked into a gold-mine
here with these bank-approved leads. Folks, these leads
have been ABSOLUTELY APPROVED by the bank (and I think
the rate is something like 6% or .25% BELOW most other
lending institutions)! Each buyer agrees to work with
our agent AND THEY ARE READY TO BUY NOW! Because they
have been approved for the loan they are ready RIGHT NOW
to find their dream home (EXAMPLE: 3 weeks ago when we
first started getting these leads we gave out 60
bank-approved leads. According to Mr. Silkwood, about 20
of them have already found their house and are going
into closing - AND IT TOOK JUST 3 WEEKS!)
Agents are telling us these are the ABSOLUTE BEST
clients (leads) they have ever received! Mr. Silkwood
himself is even amazed at how good these clients are. He
says he believes he can get 1,500 to 2,000 of these
bank-approved, ready-to-buy leads each month. But it
takes money to do this. In the past, I stated I may
charge each REexpert a "monthly" fee AND an "up-front"
fee for each bank-approved client. WE ARE NOT GOING TO
DO THIS! We are NOT going to charge a monthly fee. We
are NOT going to charge an up-front fee for the
bank-approved clients. We are going to stick with our
original agreement - working as partners or
collaborators with you - whereby we get paid only WHEN
YOU GET PAID (on closed transactions you pay a 20%
referral fee to the real estate company of our choice).
BUT WE NEED TO GET PAID! Our records show that it looks
like we have had dozens of agents close deals and NOT
pay us. We cannot survive as a "collaborating" business
if we aren't getting paid. And because of the recent
smear campaign we have virtually SHUT DOWN bringing in
new REexperts which means we have NO money. WE have cut
our staff down by 75%. We are doing everything possible
to keep costs at a bare minimum BUT if we are to keep
having the website worked on (optimized for search
engines) AND if we are to keep getting these INCREDIBLE
bank-approved leads then WE NEED YOUR HELP
HERE'S THE PLANS (NOTE: These plans were inspired by
conversations and brain-storming with a number of our

PLAN A - One-time $500 payment
You overnight a check for $500 and we will give you
unlimited bank-approved clients (as we get them in your
territory we will turn them over to you) and you NEVER
pay us a referral fee on these bank-approved deals. You
will still pay us the regular 20% referral fees on any
business you get from The Real Estate Advocate site.
PLAN B - One-time $2,000 payment
You overnight a check for $500 and we will give you
unlimited bank-approved clients (as we get them in your
territory we will turn them over to you) and you NEVER
pay us a referral fee on these bank-approved deals. And
you NEVER pay the 20% referral fees on any business you
get from The Real Estate Advocate site. IN OTHER WORDS:
YOU NEVER PAY A REFERRAL FEE. PERIOD!
That's it. This is what it will take to save this
business. If you choose to NOT accept either of these
plans then we will take that as you want out of the
network and we will make a best-effort attempt to pay
you back your set-up fee sometime in the future. In the
meantime, we will re-sell your territory to another
agent, give them the bank-approved clients and we will
collect referral fees from them.
Folks, all of us here at the company have done our best
to make this a successful company (and there are many,
many agents who are getting a great number of leads and
business). It's unfortunate what has happened to us (and
this horrible, ugly cyber attack that we have had to
endure) but we are committed to keeping this great
visions ALIVE! We firmly believe that one day in the
near future millions of American (and European, Asian,
and Spanish) home buyers and sellers will turn to The
Real Estate Advocate for the greatest real estate
experience of their life. But we need some help RIGHT
NOW.
You have already paid $3,500 - $4,000 so I understand
why you may be apprehensive to pay a one-time payment of
$500. But think about this: You "believed" in what we
are accomplishing otherwise you never would have joined
as the exclusive REexpert in your territory, right? With
these incredible bank-approved clients isn't worth this
one-time $500 to keep this company alive and "protect"
your original set-up fee? Your first deal will more than
pay for your entire membership fee! And we will continue
to give you bank-approved deal after deal after deal AND
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY US A REFERRAL FEE - NEVER!
(multiple agents have told us they would pay 30%-35%

The reason we can do this is because for every 1 or 2

one bank-approved client in a territory where we do NOT
have an REexpert and then collect a referral fee. But we
cannot keep working on the Real Estate Advocate website
OR keep getting these amazing bank-approved deals for
you unless you help us out by overnighting a check for
$500 or, if you prefer, you can take Plan B and pay us
$2,000 (but you MUST overnight a check TODAY. Because of
the recent threat we will not accept any credit cards.

All we need are one-quarter of our current 1,200 agents
(a total of 300 agents) to pay just the minimum one-time
$500 and we can keep things going, keep the website
worked on, keep the bank-approved leads coming in to you
- so that in 60 -120 days we are collecting referral
fees from new REexperts we bring into the program (who
will pay us 25%+ for these bank-approved closings). You
have already paid $3,500+. I'm terribly sorry it has
come down to this BUT isn't it worth just one payment of
$500 for us to keep the doors open and start getting you
these bank-approved clients?
Finally, please DO NOT call or email us right now with
your questions. ATTACHED is an addendum for each of the
2 plans. Pick a plan, sign it, and overnight it with a
check. We will then start sending you those
bank-approved clients as well as keep working on your
consumer advocate site (with weekly updates from us that
we will email to you). We are keeping our costs very,
very low which means we DO NOT have the staff to answer

$500 or $2,000, we were to ever close the company down
please understand that I will continue hosting the
website and managing the "consumer advocate" (it costs
me a very, very small amount of money to do this) and we
would turn over ALL of your niche pages and website(s)
to you - YOU WILL HAVE FULL OWNERSHIP SO YOU COULD KEEP
USING THE SITE TO GET BUSINESS.
BUT LET'S KEEP THIS DREAM ALIVE! It's just such a
wonderful program and it really takes very little effort
and money to get found by the public (and I firmly
believe the public would rather work with the ONLY real
estate advocate then all the crappy real estate referral
companies that are "crowding" the market and taking
business away from YOU!
If you are going to do this YOU MUST ACT TODAY! We have
no money to pay staff or even pay rent to keep our
office. That's how bad we've been hit by this smear
campaign. Please sign the addendum and overnight it
(along with a check) today so we can start sending you
these incredible bank-approved clients. Please respond
