Facts and Details about the Jeff Guthrie REExpert.org & RE Advocate deal;

This Blog started out as a positive blog to help other new members with orientation and offering tips and advice from other members who also joined the Jeff Guthrie deal at REExpert.org a.k.a. REAdvocate.

HOWEVER.., this company has some real problems now and I do not recommend that anyone sign up or pay them any money what so ever! Over $3,000,000 dollars are estimated to have been collected and spent... with nothing in return for the agents who had paid. Eight months and not ONE LEAD. No business has resulted from the rather large $3,490 sign up fee I paid.

The REExpert.org and RE-Advocate are owned by Jeff & Patsy Guthrie with some investors. The company appears to have been through about three phases of development over about 4 years since its inception. There are also some other Blogs with a lot of comments if you do a search for them.

Many Licensed Agents & Brokers have been contacted to sign up for about a $3,490 fee typically. There is a 20% referral fee required from all future sales that are generated via the companies Landing Pages and other media. They offer a territory or areas of cities/counties etc mainly with zip codes to identify those areas and a cap of about 100,000 to 130,000 people or residents ....and more in some cases. It would appear that early on some agents were offered other deals and some were offered investment packages. FAIR WARNING, this company offers NO REFUNDS. Be sure and be safe. There are a LOT of unhappy real estate agents out there right now, including me, who paid the price but in several months got NO leads as promised and we feel cheated now. 

Their claim is that they are dedicated primarily to helping the public with an awareness about the real estate industry, an advocate resource for all buyers and sellers of homes and properties to aid in answering real estate related questions... and to assist real estate agents who sign up with their program to get leads, with some requirement that the agent be well schooled, licensed and follow a certain code of conduct. Realtors and Licensed Agents who are or are not members of NAR are welcome here to ask about RE Expert. The Blog areas can be used to complain, ask questions or to just review to find out more about what this deal is really all about. - This site is NOT owned nor controlled in any way by REExpert.org nor any of their investors.
